"One day at a time--this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering."

Look and See What Belongs To YOU

I promised you that I would be back on Monday
tell you all about what you've
been given.  I'm sorry that my promise was
delayed until today, Tuesday.
Life happened again!

On to more about what I've been learning from

These are my eyes here.
I've embellished them a little- which is part of
the fun of getting to draw yourself.
 Today, I want YOU
to visually replace my eyes with your own.

Your creator thought up and made those
eyes especially for YOU.
As a matter of fact, he knows about every little strand
of hair on your head
and about every thought
in your mind and about every dream
in your  .

He sees you as a woman
of valor. He's given you a crown and
it looks beautiful with your eyes.

"A woman of valor who can find?  Her
valor is beyond rubies."
Proverbs 31:11

  He created you and I
on purpose,
and with this in mind:
That You, his priceless creation,
would be clothed with
Strength and Dignity.

Did you know
that you have the privilege of  wearing
  divine strength
like a garment?  But sometimes
instead, we can find ourselves giving in to a wave
of insecurities that make us feel weak.

We all have triggers, if we stop and think about it.
Those triggers tend to make us jump to
the false conclusion of feeling insecure.  If you
stop and think about what those triggers
are, you will probably find
a false pattern that you've followed
for a very long time.

"But the great news is, you don't have to live
that way. Insecurity doesn't have
to leave you feeling overexposed, foolish, and as
if you've somehow lost your dignity."
Beth Moore

Identify the triggers and train yourself
to immediately recite this truth to your soul:

"I'm okay. I'm completely clothed.
I don't have to feel insecure because God
has covered and protected me with
my very own
strength and dignity."

You are worthy of respect.  Worthy of high esteem!

"No matter how foolish insecurity has tried to make us feel,
we have the right to dignity because God Himself gave it to us.
If we really believed this truth, we wouldn't have to mask
our insecurity with pride. If we knew who we were and what
God has conferred upon us, what everybody else thought of us
would grow less and less significant."
Beth Moore

To sum it all up, YOU ARE:
His priceless creation
A woman of valor

Worthy of respect
Worthy of high esteem and
Clothed with strength and dignity

Wow!
Are you feeling like royalty yet?
You should, because God said you are!
♥♥♥

....oh, and before I go, I want to tell you
that I think YOUR EYES
look beautiful with your crown.

You did a great job of illustrating the truths in that book and also explaining it. Since finishing that book I have seen the testing that has come to see if I will walk in the truth released in that book. Last week was a perfect example...two of my post hit on my present insecurity and then God took me to a place on Saturday night to test it even more...I walked out Saturday night with my dignity in hand...I think a blow to the enemy and a victory for my security....which is only in Christ...He held me strong.
Thanks for sharing.

Insecurity comes biting at us all, those inner gremlins that try to derail us keep us from pressing forward. appreciate the thoughts you've shared.
And by the way how did the fairs go? Did you learn a lot and enjoy the process?
