"One day at a time--this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering."

Thirty Years Ago Today

Today is a very special day!  Thirty years ago today this couple became the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl named Jessica. She forever changed our hearts and lives.

We were so honored and blessed to be given the joy of becoming parents to this beautiful bundle of Love and Joy, and we will forever be thankful and proud. She is now a loving wife, and mother herself.
So glad that God let YOU, Jessica, belong to us.

Happy Birthday Jessica!

A belated Happy Birthday to your darling daughter Jessica!!

LeeAnn, thank you for your encouraging words to me today, and as much as I would like to take credit for all of the words on my post today, the words in quotes were from a wonderful book and author. I did make note of that at the beginning of the quote. Have you read any of David Benner's books?? They are very insightful.

I love the picture of you and your husband. You have such a lovely and friendly smile. :)

Thanks, MOM!:-) YOU are the reason I was able to celebrate 30 years of life! Thanks for making them such amazing years to learn and grow. (And if I can look half as young as you when I have a 30 year old, I'll be grateful you passed those genes on, too!)

Love you! I'm so proud of you for learning to be web savvy enough to write this blog! Others need to experience your encouragement on a regular basis! :-)

I love you!

Jess
